BIO
Having moved to London in 2008 from Sydney, Australia, John has been working in the arts, predominantly as an actor.
With a passion for writing and concept creation, he has been working on numerous projects in recent years that are
in various stages of development.
An advocate for the queer community, John's writing is inclusive and aims to showcase stories not usually told, using his experiences of traveling the world and living in London as a single gay man.
He shows versatility with his writing range, from light and fun comedies to dark dramatic themes, as well as reality shows looking for love and validation.

Living as a single gay man in London, Cooper is carefree, confident, and loved by all. Once a dreamer, he is now faced with the harsh reality of what the hunt and chase is like in a modern gay man’s world. Over a 3 month period, we see his world spiralling out of control as he struggles with his quest for love & fulfilment, with his work, friendships and romantic relationships suffering due to his addiction problem. Surrounded by love and laughter from his young and lively circle of friends, he continues to fall back into a habit of promiscuity and
drug use and can’t accept that he needs help.
